DocuSign – Platform, E-comm, Support

Founded in 2003, DocuSign entered a phase of dramatic growth in 2012 marked by substantial increases in revenue and workforce. I joined the company in early 2015 as part of an effort to shift the product organisation’s focus to the user, developĀ a culture of close collaboration between product / engineering / design, drive long term Design strategy with an emphasis of consistency and scalability.

In charge of team of UX Designers responsible for 3 distinct areas: Platform and Partners, E-commerce and Support, we introduced hi-level User Scenarios, Customer journey maps and reusable design patterns and components.
