DocuSign – Platform, E-comm, Support

Founded in 2003, DocuSign entered a phase of dramatic growth in 2012 marked by substantial increases in revenue and workforce. I joined the company in early 2015 as part of an effort to shift the product organisation's focus to the user, develop a culture of close collaboration between product / engineering / design, drive long term Design strategy with an emphasis of consistency and scalability. In charge of team of UX Designers responsible for 3 distinct areas: Platform and Partners, E-commerce and Support, we introduced hi-level User Scenarios, Customer journey maps and reusable design patterns and components.

Wolf & Zebra

Wolf & Zebra is the story of a childhood dream that became reality in 2014. A dream of one day riding through the Americas on a motorcycle to join the southernmost city of Latin America, the very tip of Argentina: Ushuaia. On two Suzuki DR650's specially modified for this adventure, my wife and I rode for 10 months, covering over 34.000kms and visiting 14 countries in the process. Groupon – Product Research & Process Modelling

At the head of a 4 person team including User Researchers and Experience Designers, I spearheaded several initiatives focused on improving the experience of both merchants and customers interacting with Groupon. In addition to classic Usability tests and heuristic evaluations of upcoming features and designs, we conducted nationwide formative research to investigate shopping behaviors and trends. One of the outcomes was a set of consumer and merchant personas that became a valuable tool to focus design work on actual users’ needs. We also worked closely with stakeholders across the company to bridge the process gaps identified by our research.

Vobile – Audiovisual Content Tracking

Over a period of several months, I worked with the executive team of this company to rethink their application workflow and redesign it entirely. As I often do, we begun with a complete screenflow map to help us rationalize the organization of the app in a way consistent with it’s users’ mental models. Wireframes were then produced and tested before the creation of the final designs. Development was handed internally, the wireframes were implemented without design changes. 2 years later, my services were once again retained to design complementary functionalities.

Serial Fighter & Buytofight.com

In the spring of 2005 I launched Serial Fighter, a brand of MMA clothes and equipment aimed at the French market. I quickly gained the support of James & Samy Schiavo, two well known coaches, and together we begun the design and production of our gear. In parallel, I developed buytofight.com, an online store that would not only carry Serial Fighter equipment but also popular brands that were hard to find in France. We became the official importer and reseller of Evolution Fightwear and 10Deal shirts,as well as Cage Rage and UKMMA DVDs. HTML, CSS and PHP with MySQL database all
